JTech Guard - Refund Policy

This policy explains when a refund is available for JTech Guard Pro (annual) and Premium (lifetime) licences purchased directly from JTech (Amzom Ltd). It sits alongside the JTech Guard End User Licence Agreement — read both before purchasing.


1. Try before you buy

Every JTech Guard installation includes a 7-day free trial with full Premium features and no card required. We expect most purchase decisions to be made after testing the software on your own PC during the trial, which is why our refund window is short.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if JTech Guard does not work as described for your Windows PC, provided you have made a genuine attempt to use it (for example, following the installation and system requirements guidance) and contacted support first so we can try to resolve the issue.

3. Annual (Pro) refunds

Within the 14-day window, an annual subscription can be refunded in full and the subscription cancelled immediately. After 14 days, you can cancel future renewals at any time, but we do not refund the current paid period — you keep access until it ends.

4. Lifetime (Premium) refunds

Within the 14-day window, a lifetime purchase can be refunded in full. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are not refundable, in line with standard practice for one-time digital licences.

5. What isn't covered

Refunds aren't offered for:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day window
  • Incompatibility with a Windows version or configuration outside our published system requirements
  • Expectations not supported by the product description (JTech Guard is resource protection and recovery software — see the product page and EULA for what it is and isn't)
  • Licence keys shared, resold, or used in violation of the EULA

6. How a refund is processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method. Once a refund is processed, your licence is revoked and any active device activation is deactivated.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase email and order details. We aim to respond within two business days.

8. Your statutory rights
